By creating an account or using PenniesTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. License Grant

PenniesTrack grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your personal financial tracking. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service.

3. Free Plan

New accounts start on the Free plan with permanent access to all core features at no cost. No credit card is required. The Free plan does not expire.

4. Pro Subscription and Refunds

PenniesTrack Pro is available at $5.99 (USD) per month as a recurring subscription. You may cancel at any time and will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first Pro payment, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
  • Resell or share account access with others
  • Use automated scripts to access the service in a disruptive manner

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into PenniesTrack. We do not claim any rights to your data. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Disclaimer

PenniesTrack is a personal finance tracking tool — it is not financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the app. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for investment or financial planning decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PenniesTrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
